Rise to Resilience
“And then I realized the fire was always burning within me, but the flames were busy keeping everyone else warm.” - Morgan Richard Olivier, Blooming Bare
We as women have so much on our plate. It is both a blessing and a curse to be admired for our ability to multitask. Some days it seems as though we survive on auto pilot as our To Do list is miles long. There’s just too much to get done.
We may go into checklist mentality just to survive the day - check it off. Done! And before you know it is 9:30 PM and you are falling asleep without brushing your teeth. Ever been there? I have.
Resilience is knowing that despite what you have going on in your very busy life you continue to rise up and move forward even though fatigued and spent. We are remarkable in what we tackle every day.
There is something profoundly beautiful about women who keep rising, even when life feels very heavy.
I think about working mothers of young children who can’t wait for perfect conditions. They rise in the mess, in the noise, in the uncertainty. They rise because young eyes are watching.
Rise because our dreams matter. We matter. We are stronger than we realize.
Resilience is a reminder that growth doesn’t require ease — it requires heart and courage.
Embrace your resilience.
